We only replace new, regular priced items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org The replacement policy lasts 2 weeks. If more than 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
*We will exchange for a different size if we have the size you need in stock, you will cover all shipping costs & the item you are returning must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ***If your exchange is rejected you will have to pay for the shipping for item to be shipped back to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we need to ship another item to you, you will be responsible for the actual shipping costs for this as well. Funds must be sent via friends & family on paypal. If we need to invoice you then fees of .29 & 3% will be added on to the invoice.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*Sale shoes are shipped without a box. If you would like your shoes shipped in the box email us & we will invoice you for the extra shipping cost.
We appreciate you supporting our family owned small business. The last postage increases have been very tough.
